Gap Forged Honey
Gap Forged Honey is pure, organic honey; untreated, unheated and unfiltered.
Currently I keep just two small apiaries sited amongst the native bushland of Halls Gap.
All of the harvesting and bottling is done by hand and I limit the amount that I take from my hives so the bees keep plenty to feed themselves through the winter months.
