All of my honey is cold-extracted, without any heating. Heating honey can destroy many of its natural flavour and benefits.

I keep a very small number of hives in just a couple of separate locations surrounded by native bushland.

Depending on the time of year, weather and which plants are flowering, some of my hives are moved between apiaries in these locations
