A Sweet Experience
Our Honey comes from a small number of hives in just two local apiaries.
Both are surrounded by Australian native trees, mostly Messmate, Stringybark and Yellow or Grey Box.
Depending on the weather and amount of rain, these trees begin flowering around November and will often continue into late Autumn and all of the blossoms produce sweet, fragrant nectar which the bees turn into equally sweet and fragrant honey.
